Ultimate Stair

Wormald Crown Georgetown

Our two phase system with our patented Ultimate Stair offers a unique advantage unparalleled in the stair industry.

(Pat. 8,966,859 B2 & Pat. 8,707,638 B2)

Phase One:

  • Permanent sub-stairs are set at the same time and manner as a conventional stair system
  • The sub-stairs allow for the free flow of trade people and materials from floor to floor.
  • Spills, scrapes and trade damage have no impact on the finished stair system.
  • Sturdy temporary safety rail system can be installed directly into treads for jobsite safety and OSHA compliance.

2016 Ultimate Stair Before

Phase two:

  • Pre-finished treads and risers installed on the sub-stair system at the same time as the balustrade system.
  • Treads and risers are finished in a controlled and state of the art manufacturing environment.
  • Installation of the pre-finished treads and risers take days off your production schedule.
  • Eliminates trade damage, repair cost and time of onsite preparation and stair finishing.
  • Stairs do not have to be taken out of service during the finishing process.
